1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

3. How to Initiate a Return

  2. Navigate to “Order History” and select your order
  3. Click “Request Return” and follow the instructions

4. Return Shipping

  • Domestic Returns: Prepaid return label provided (deducted from refund)
  • International Returns: Customer covers return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive your return
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
